At The Aquavillage, our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive community for swimmers of all levels. We are dedicated to fostering a love for swimming, promoting physical and mental wellness, and providing opportunities for personal growth through aquatic activities. Our goal is to empower individuals to embrace the joy of being in the water while building lasting connections with fellow swimmers.
Our Goals
Advocate for stricter safeguarding protocols, robust mental health resources, and transparent re- porting systems within competitive swimming environments.
Educate collegiate and pre-professional swimmers on their rights regarding Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals, marketing, and fair compensation.
Reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in high-pressure aquatic sports and advocate for better work-life/school-life balance policies.

Coach: Teach neurodivergent youth artistic swimming at one of our summer camps.
Media Coordinator: Capture the magic of our programs! Manage our social media platforms, create engaging photo and video content, and highlight the achievements of our neurodivergent athletes while promoting our mission and ensuring digital accessibility.
Outreach: Be the bridge to our community! Connect with local schools, therapy centers, and families to share information about our camps, recruit new swimmers and passionate volunteers, and help us expand our reach.
Advocacy: Champion inclusion in aquatics! Work to promote neurodiversity acceptance within the broader sports community, advocate for accessible athletic spaces, and ensure our swimmers' voices and needs are represented on a wider platform.
Blog Editor: Shape our organization's voice! Review and polish submissions from our writers, and ensure every published piece aligns with our mission to support, educate, and celebrate youth in aquatic sports.
Blog Writer: Tell us about what interests you! Write inspiring, informative, and engaging articles covering topics like the benefits of artistic swimming, sports education, funny stories, and incredible camper spotlights.
